About Us

The firm — folio 01

Built on judgment,
not volume

Stackly was founded on a simple refusal: that serious houses deserve better than the listing machine. Fifteen years later, the refusal still holds.

One desk, four houses

2011 — 2014

Stackly began with one desk in Miami and a thesis borrowed from private banking: represent fewer clients, know their situations completely, and let the results compound. The first year closed four houses.

Every one of those four clients has transacted with us since — two of them three times over.

“We would rather advise you not to transact than close a deal you will regret.”

2015 — 2026

Expansion never came from a plan. It came from a Dallas client with a Colorado problem, and a Seattle seller with a New York buyer.

Today the firm holds principals in twelve markets, each carrying a deliberately short client list and full authority to decline a bad deal.

A ledger of four principles

01

Discretion first

Most of our work never appears on a portal. Names, prices, and reasons stay in the room.

02

Price with conviction

A valuation is a written argument, not a hope. We defend our numbers and adjust them in daylight.

03

Principals only

The person you meet first is the person at the closing table. Nothing is delegated between.

04

The long relationship

Three transactions over a decade beats one this quarter. Our fee structure is built to agree with that.

Our team

Four principals.
No hand-offs.

How we engage

Terms stated plainly, before anything is signed

Every engagement begins with a sitting — an unhurried conversation about what you own, what you want, and what the honest numbers say. Sometimes the advice is to wait. That advice is free.

The sitting

Unhurried, without obligation, and without a presentation deck. We ask more than we answer.

The written thesis

Comparable sales, a buyer map, timing, and a price we will defend — delivered before you commit.

The fee

Structured around the outcome you asked for, not the speed of the closing. Stated in the first letter.

The exit

Either party may end the engagement in writing with fourteen days notice. No tail clauses.

The first conversation is unhurried
